She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Polk (Arion); her siblings, Jerry Fisher (Cheryl) and Dorothy Fields; her grandchildren, Joriona, Zikyia, Destiny, Gabrain and Gavin; and her nieces and nephews, Latonya, Edshonda, Tameka, Karen, Jonathan and Ophfesious Sr.. She is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lincoln Funeral Home (8100 Fireside Dr, Dallas, TX 75217). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park (1311 Murdock Rd, Dallas, TX 75217).
