She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wiley and Lizzie Walker Wiley (Jesse Kemp II); her son Jesse Kemp III; her siblings, Henry Wiley, Jr., Willie Wiley, Bill Wiley and Ethel May Wiley; and her grandson Jenard Kemp.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Kemp and Keith Kemp (Tammy); her grandchildren, Patrick Hackett-Kemp, Peyton Kemp and Madison Kemp Cruz; her sisters, Louise Skinner, Alma Nix, Ruby Bosley and Carolyn Henry; and her daughter-in-law Gina Kemp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gregory W Spencer Funeral Directors (4000 Miller Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76119). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Spencer Funeral Directors (4000 Miller Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76119).
