A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Biggers Funeral Chapel (6100 Azle Ave, Lake Worth, TX 76135).
Interment: following service at Greenwood Memorial Park, In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Hazel's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
