With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Odgers of Dallas, Texas, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alfred Odgers and Gladys May Odgers; and her brother Charles Griffith Odgers. She is survived by: her son Robert Keith White; her daughter-in-law Julie Kramer White; her granddaughter Cecilia White; her sister-in-law Marguerite Odgers; and her nieces and nephews, Ricky Arnecke, Duane Arnecke, Griff Odgers, Blake Odgers, Drake Odgers, Doug Burns, David Smith, Teri Arnecke Burns, Laura Odgers Smith, Becky Odgers, La Donna Arnecke and Tammy Odgers. She is also survived by twelve great nephews, ten great nieces, and twenty five great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Laurel Land Funeral Home (6300 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laurel Land Memorial Park (6300 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232).
