He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank Weg, Jr. and Nadean Looney Plemons; his brother Kenneth Douglas Weg; his aunts, Hazel, Pearla and Gerry; and his cousin Kathy Horner.
He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Faye Duggins; his granddaughter Katelyn Marie Duggins; his sons, David L. Wagoner (Sandra), James S. Wagoner and Richard B. Wagoner (Eva); and his grandchildren, Chad Wagoner, Josh Wagoner, William Thompson, Trey Wagoner, Justin Wagoner, Preston Wagoner, Jennifer Wagoner, Brittany Wagoner, Chase Tinker and Byron Wagoner.
The military honors will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
