He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Jr. Blanton-Woodard and Ernestine Blanton-Woodard; his sisters, Eddie Faye Wyche, Wanda Floyd and Paralee Brown; and his sister-in-law Brenda Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Varnessa Woodard; his sons, Ricky Renard Woodard, Jr. (Morgan), Dallas, Devin Deshawn Williams (Jennifer) and Byron Mack (Crystal); his siblings, Marquetta Woodard, Jerry Woodard, Sr. (Sandra), Charles Woodard (Diane), Van Vleck, Hollis Woodard, Elgin Woodard (Sharon), Marvin Woodard Cedar Lake (Cheryl), Curtis Woodard (Carol) and Jeffery Woodard (Chenikka); his brothers-in-law, Johnny Roy Wyche, Cedar Lane and Rev. A. H. Floyd (Joyce); his brother Volando Carter of Clear Lake, CA; and his aunt Dorothy Blanton (Houston). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dixon Funeral Home (1211 S Brooks St, Brazoria, TX 77422). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Christian Church.
