He was predeceased by: his parents, James Boyce Cato and Martha Reba Cato; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Barnum-Cato. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Cato and Jennifer Cato; his grandchildren, Joshua, Dallas, Sue, Justin and Jessica; and his sisters, Patricia Ware, Brenda Wisdom and Sherry Wickersham (Terry). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and a wide extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Azleland Cemetery (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
