He was predeceased by: his parents, Armead Thaddeus Sr. and Flora Wiesen Allen; and his wife Dorothea. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Scasta (Lloyd Scasta), Lee Ann Scasta (Calvin Scasta) and Camille Alstadt (John Alstadt); his grandchildren, Matt Scasta, Andy Scasta (Jennifer Ann Scasta) and Katy Scasta Williams (Ryan Williams); his great grandchildren, Tate Williams (Rachel Floyd), Reign Scasta, Tana Williams, Cutter Scasta and Bo Scasta; his friend Janie Van Dyke; and his caregivers, Jennifer Coppo, Bruce, Dawn, Nancy, Risha, Charisma, Jessica and Oretia. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Methodist Church (116 W Decherd St, Franklin, TX 77856).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Thad and Dorothea Allen Memorial Scholarship for Medicine at Franklin Methodist Church (P.O. Box 556 Franklin, Texas 77856).
