Charles Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Francis and Veora Francis; his nephews, Andrew Collins Jr. and Kevin Michael Collins; his brother Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel L. Ross and Elaine Smith Francis.
He is survived by: his daughter Josette Francis; his granddaughter Jariah Tene'Francis; and his siblings, Vivian Lavata Francis Ross, George F. Francis III, LaVerne Francis Reid (Robert), Rosetta Francis-Robinson (Clyde), Mitchell Judie (Rose) and Jeff Turner. He is also survived by friend who is closer than a brother, his extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bateman Memorial Center (1000 N Waco St, Giddings, TX 78942). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
