She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin and Mary Lynn Johnson (Harrison); her husband Harry R. Kaercher; her parents-in-law, Peter and Emma Kaercher; and her siblings-in-law, Robert, Bill Kaercher and Betty Derke.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe (Carol Ann) and Ron (Wendy); her grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Parvaresh (Jami), Amanda Alexander, Cody Carter (Kayla), Kaleigh Hicks, Emily Hicks, Seth Hicks (Hannah) and Abel Hicks; her great grandchildren, Prairie Beth Alexander, Cole Carter, Samuel Carter and Noah Hicks; her siblings, Beverly Caddell (Dave), Jonnie Lynn Edinburgh (Kirk) and George Johnson (Karen); her pets, Bella and Dakota; her grandson Jami Parvaresh; and her nephews, Bo Johnson, Will Johnson, Chuck Caddell and John Caddell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (202 Butternut St, Abilene, TX 79602). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery (7457 W Lake Rd, Abilene, TX 79601).
