She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy D Whitlock and Alma Whitlock (Hiner); her husband Bill Malone; and her siblings, Bob Whitlock, Peggie Owens and Ginny Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Owens (Richard) of Alvarado and Wade Malone (Wilma) of Emporia; her grandchildren, Janna Michael (Jason), Mark Owens (Kris), Rick Owens (Jaime), Billy Malone (Brittany) and Justin Malone (Haley); and her sister Sondra Watson of Granbury. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mountain Valley Funeral Home (3407 SW Wilshire Blvd, Joshua, TX 76058). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lane Prairie Baptist Church (412 County Rd 704, Joshua, TX 76058). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greenacres Memorial Park (3201 N Main St, Cleburne, TX 76033).
