He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Allen and Faye Heasley Allen; and his daughter Lita Allen McDonnell. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Eichhorn (Scott) of Austin; his brother Ricci Allen (Beverly) of Knickerbocker; his grandsons, Michael Mc Donnell (Marilyn) of Tulsa and Matthew McDonnell of Aspen, Colorado; and his great grandchild J. McDonnell of Tulsa.
