He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Henry Semlinger (Ed) and Beaulah Smith Semlinger. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Elizabeth Semlinger; his son Kyle David Semlinger; his brother Robert Dennis Semlinger; his in-laws, Charles and Edith Kurtz; his sons, Scott Anthony (Laurie), Todd Andrew (Laura), Craig Robert (Darlene) and Kley Allen (Kimberly); his brother Douglas Semlinger (Mary); his grandchildren, Kurt Michael (Samantha), Jared James, Cody Raymond, Gunner Michael, Robert Henry, Madison Brooke, Trey Allen and Ashley Nicole; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Sawyer, Shane and Kinsley; his grandchildren, Ashton, Shannon of Lindsey, AJ and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Karsen, Layla, Ace and Asher; and his nieces, Mary Ann (Tim), Caroline (David) and Barbara (Rob). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Chapel (13767 US Hwy 87 E, Adkins, TX 78121). A rosary will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (488 W Westmeyer St, Poth, TX 78147). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the St. Jerome Catholic Cemetery (7955 Real Rd, San Antonio, TX 78263).
