He was predeceased by: his son David Allen Stamper; and his grandson Dale Hull. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Stamper; his daughters, Alicia (Jay Krathwohl), Melissa Taylor (Rob Green) and Cheryl (Kurt Hocker); and his grandchildren, Sami Kae, Amber, Anna, Chase, Kerstin, Harlan, Nathan and Kaleb (Samantha). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sneed Carnley Funeral Chapel (1614 S FM 116, Copperas Cove, TX 76522). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1001 Georgetown Rd, Copperas Cove, TX 76522). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
