He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Staton and Eulalia Staton; his siblings, Jeffrey Staton and Jenny Miller; his brother-in-law Richard Miller; his parents-in-law, Mary Ooley and Donald Ooley "Poppy"; his brother-in-law David Goodspeed; and his niece Brandi Polvado.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Staton; his son Justin Staton (Kayla); his stepson Chase Hallene (Kayla); his siblings, Judith Fields, Tina Shields and Timothy Staton (Jole); his sisters-in-law, Leslie Goodspeed, Wendy Nolasco Husband Salvador and Lynn Windham Husband Jeff; and his grandchildren, Faith Upshaw, Maxine, Reed Staton, Levi, Luke and Laci Hallene. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (1645 E Main St, League City, TX 77573). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
