He is survived by: his former spouse Clayton Minor; his wife Beverly Ann Payne; his sons, Randall Louis and Russell Lance; his family Jesus; his sons, Randy (Ginger) and Rusty (April); his grandchildren, Matthew, Brittney Wilson, Dakota, Rami Ellis, Brandon and Sarah Bass; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Brylee, Hunter and Lily; and his sisters, Joyce Johnson and Andra Mahan (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Restland Fh Memorial Chapel (13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75081). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
