We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2025, at the age of 88, Bobby Ray Landrum (Rockwall, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Bobby Ray farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bobby Ray is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Houston Landrum and Alice Marie Parker; and his sister Ola Faye Landrum-Snow. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Allen Landrum; his children, Vicki Lynn Landrum-Stone (Mike) of Pinehurst and Mark Landrum (Christi Whetsel) of Nacogdoches; his stepchildren, Debbie Randolph-Brumley (Mark) and Jim Randolph (Rhonda Bonds) of Atlanta, TX.; and his brother David Landrum (Linda Heddon).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (610 S Goliad St, Rockwall, TX 75087).
In lieu of flowers, Bob would be honored if you would consider a donation to the American Cancer Society or Gideons International, causes both close to his heart.
