She was predeceased by: her parents, Stillwell Morris Melton and Alice Wood Melton; her brothers, Stillwell Morris Melton, Jr. and William Howell Melton; her husband James Fitz-Gerald III; and her son James Fitz-Gerald IV.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lyn Fitz-Gerald Levin (Steve) of Richardson, Jeanne Fitz-Gerald Shilstone (Jay) of Prosper and Mab FitzGerald (John Daly) of Rochester; and her great grandchildren, Madilyn Jo and Ella Kate. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
