He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarito Gutierrez and Mercedes Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Juany Gutierrez; his children, Melissa Gutierrez and Ivan Gutierrez; his siblings, Margarito Gutierrez, Sylvia Juarez and Hilda Martinez; and his granddaughter Ryea June Gutierrez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista (125 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (125 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
