She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gerbic and Marguerite Allen Gerbic; her son Phillip Joseph Borowitz; and her siblings, Joyce Gerbic, Donald Green and Joseph Gerbic, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Phillip M. Borowitz; her daughter Tracey Renee Twardowski (Richard); her grandchildren, Serrina Wyngarden (Nicholas) and Lauren Prasatik (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Ella, Willa, Greta, Read, Connor and Kaylee.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (417 N College St, Gonzales, TX 78629). A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St James Catholic Cemetery (801 Seydler St, Gonzales, TX 78629).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Avenue, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001 or charity of one's choice.
