With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmen Palomin of McAllen, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesus Gutierrez and Santos Gutierrez; her sister Hortencia Reyes; her husband Jose Palomin; her sons, Omar Palomin (Diane) and Jose Palomin (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Cameron, Courtney, Caleb, Aaron and Aiden Palomin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home - McAllen (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (2209 Kendlewood Ave, McAllen, TX 78501). A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
