He is survived by: his children, Francisco Escalante, Rosa Escalante, Delia Escalante (Ivan Torres) and Kathy Padilla (Juan Arturo); the mother of his children Irma De La Cruz; his sisters, Doris Marquez and Tile Mendoza; his grandchildren, Elana Bueno, Deserey Escalante, Briana Pesina, Sebastian Leal, Savanna Leal, Anthony Escalante, Julius Martinez III, John Martinez, Chloe Martinez, Isaac Gayton, Keylyn Escalante, Ashley Escalante and Justin Vaquera; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian Leal, Andres Rivera, Matthew Rivera, Daniel Escalante and Gabriel Escalante.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Troy Suggs Funeral Home (7623 Military Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75227). A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church (1404 Old Gate Ln, Dallas, TX 75218).
