She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Portwood Hargrave and Murrie G. Hargrave; her grandfather Charles Edward; her daughter Sharron Shawver Andrews Wright; her husbands, George Shawver and J. E. Russell; and her cousins, Jerri Ann Portwood, Sammy Ann Portwood Morris and Helen Lee Portwood.
She is survived by: her son H. Lee Shawver (Paula) of Megargel, TX; her grandchildren, Georgia Lee Shawver (Emmanuel Marcha London) and England; her great grandchildren, Theo, Mai of London and England; her grandson Charles Gary Andrews (Donna) of Decatur; her great grandchildren, Curtis L. Shawver and Libby Day Shawver of Dallas, TX; and her son-in-law Don Wright.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home (2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the University United Methodist Church (3405 Taft Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Masonic Cemetery.
