He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook; his children, Sam Cook (Gail) and Jennifer Cook; and his grandchildren, Luci Holcomb (Michael), Clint Cook (Bridget) and Allison Jank (Tristen).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home and Crematory (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at the Old Arlington Cemetery (801 S Mary St, Arlington, TX 76010).
