She is survived by: her children, Victoria Neal, Caleb and Shelli Neal; her grandson Solomon; her son Vincent Neal; and her siblings, Juanita Jackson, Leta Palmer (Earnest), Brenda Brooks (Wilson), Betty Grant (Jimmy) and Bobby Davis (Tamara). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northeast Bible Church (3415 14th St, Plano, TX 75074). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
