He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Platt L. Allen and Madelon Jo Kincannon Allen; and his brother Platt L. Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Karen Calame (Paul) of Leander, Kerri Ann Chambless (John) of Austin and Susan Standard (Jim) of Spicewood; and his grandchildren, Johnny Chambless, Abigail Chambless and Platt Standard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the East Greenwood Cemetery (500 E Front St, Weatherford, TX 76086).
