He was predeceased by: his sisters, June Goodner and Jewel Meador; and his son-in-law Nim Ashley. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Dobson (Nancy Dobson), Susie Autry and Brenda Ashley (Wes Tilley); his grandchildren, Heath Autry (Allison Autry), Megan Dobson-Garza (Christian Garza), Jennifer Salazar (Jesse Salazar) and Caitlyn Ashley (Jonathan Allen); and his great grandchildren, Tatum Hayes Autry and Stevie Lou Salazar.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home (705 N Locust St, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Green Valley Cemetery Association.
