He is survived by: his wife Julia Crenshaw Moore; his children, Kim Merritt of Dallas, Texas, Audie Moore of Austin, Texas, Krystal Moore of Austin, Texas and Avery Moore of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Christopher Merritt, Porsha Boyattia, Audri Moore, Avery Moore II and Tashina Moore; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Brielle Boyattia, Kiaya, Kimberly, Kristopher, Gabriel, Krystal Merritt, Lily, Lindey Bowling, Darius, Darreon Campbell, Asia and Michaela Leslie; and his great great grandchildren, Kyair, Lyla Richardson and Asher Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the East Nineteenth Street Missionary Baptist Church (3401 Rogge Ln, Austin, TX 78723). A burial will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (3304 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78721).
