He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Chesshire and Agnes Mae Chesshire (Mitchell); his wife Myrtle Mae Chesshire (Fultz); his children, Jerry Daniel Chesshire and Thomas Rickman (Paul Wayne); his siblings, Elizabeth York, Lorene Sosa, Agniss May "CheChe" Satterfield, Daniel Larry, Edgar and Thomas Chesshire; and his nephew Eddie Chesshire.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ellen, Susan Renee Chesshire (Tommy Lewis), Stephanie Robin Terese (James), Douglas Ray and David Alan Fultz (Mona); his grandchildren, Annie Juliet Stutz, Yuna Mae, Octavia Cerena Terese, Ashley Elizabeth Renfroe, Daylan Lewis, Thomas Dewayne, Bradley Lane, Joshua Lynn Chesshire, David Allen Chesshire, Jerry Daniel Chesshire Jr., Michael David, Daniel Nathan (Mackenzie), Andrew Wyatt Fultz, Ethan Rickman and Austen Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Ray Mitchell, Kylie Grace, Rylie McCoy Renfroe, Cynliee Barnes, Josephine Lynn Fultz, Klowe Elizabeth, Korbyn Daniel Fultz, Rynlee Dawn and Brayden Lane Chesshire. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clarksville Funeral Home (100 W College Ave, Clarksville, TX 75426). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Halesboro Cemetery.
