She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Porter and Shirley Porter (Bobby Langston); her sister Connie Cooke; and her nephew Billy Lassiter. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Cartwright (Greg) and Teresa Horton (Timmy); her grandchildren, Bobby Cartwright (Veronica), Brian Cartwright (Candice), Tara Pryor (Joseph), Kylar Horton (Samantha) and Kyndal Weaver (Brady); her great grandchildren, Aaron Cartwright, Allen Cartwright, Levi Pryor, Gage Pryor, Sutton Weaver and Bowen Weaver; and her siblings, Walter Porter Jr. (Barbara), Nancy Marrs and Gloria Everich (Johnny).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at the Laurel Land Funeral Home Chapel of Chimes (7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134).
