He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Browning and Jean Browning. He is survived by: his wife Patti Rogers; his children, Britany Owens of Llano and Justin Browning (Shawna) of Llano; his grandchildren, Megan Tatsch (Carter) of Austin, Cooper Owens (Madi) of Prosper and Memphis Schumann (Kylie) of Llano; his great grandchild Wilder "Wiley" Wayne Tatsch; and his siblings, Steve Browning (Rhonda) of Fredericksburg, Danny Browning (Shelley) of Sedro-Wooley and Shannon Cowan (Wayne) of Azle.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (306 W Dallas St, Llano, TX 78643).
