He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Allen and Ruth Gatliff Allen. He is survived by: his wife Letha Ann Blaschke; his daughters, Cindy Swagerty (Craig) and Becky Allen (Michael Hearne); and his grandchildren, Nicole Rehm (Charlie Wenger), Rachael Rehm and Allen Swagerty. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a multitude of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pennington Funeral Home (323 N Comanche St, San Marcos, TX 78666). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (129 W Hutchison St, San Marcos, TX 78666).
