He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarita Maese and Jose Ignacio Gutierrez; and his brother George Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Elena Saldivar; his sons, Gabriel of Arlington and Adrian "Tony" (Tiffany) of Cave Creek, Arizona.; his brothers, Joe Henry Gutierrez (Marilyn) of Sunnyvale, California and Richard Gutierrez of Santa Cruz, California.; his grandchildren, Elena, Teresa, Rafael, Kateri, Santiago (Jimmy), Gabriel (Gabey), Maria, Michael and Veronica Gutierrez; and his cousin Clarissa Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012). A rosary will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Parish (1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76017).
In lieu of flowers, guests are asked to make a donation to their local Society of St. Vincent de Paul conference.
