He was predeceased by: his parents, John Husarik and Olga Husarik; and his siblings-in-law, John Kelly (late Meredith), Robert Kelly (Dale) of Patrick, Susan Wiedemann (late James) and Marian Sabol (late Andrew).
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katie" Husarik.
