It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Songer of Dallas, Texas, born in Booneville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Traci Songer; his children, Michael Songer, Brittany Trammell and Hannah Songer; his grandchildren, Amelia and Caden Trammell; his parents, Dolores McMakin and Edwin Songer; his stepmother Vickie Songer; his siblings, Alan Songer, Scott Songer (Renee) and Felecia Carreras (Pete); and the mother of his children Jennifer Gilmore. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Restland Funeral Home (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
