She is survived by: her son Matthew (Maria Smith); her daughter-in-law Shannon Smith; her grandchildren, Alexandria (Nick Patrick), Zachary (Grace Lynn), Keegan Smith and Faith Smith; her great grandchildren, Elijah Lynn, Emma Lynn-Smith and Oliver Patrick; and her siblings, David Mize, Sam Mize, Milton Mize, Anthony Mize, Wilma Mize, Keith Mize and Brenda Heath.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laurel Land Funeral Home (6300 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laurel Land Memorial Park (6300 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232).
