He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conrad and Geri Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Matthew Conrad (Rebecca) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Campbell, Collin and Catherine; his son Zachary Conrad (Madalyn) of Plano, TX; his grandchildren, Lauren Kate, Brooklyn, Philip and Henry; his daughter Katelyn Godsey (Blake) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Blakely, Dani and Josie; and his sister Cheryl Ashurst (Jim) of Rathdrum, ID..
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Allen Family Funeral (2112 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023).
