She was predeceased by: her son Michael Cargile; and her husband J. G. Cargile. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne McCroskey of New York City; her sister-in-law Sue Hestand of San Marcus; and her sibling's children, Kenneth Gray of Mineral Wells, Donna Hestand of Bowie and Melinda Livingston of San Marcos.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home (7405 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225).
