She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bryn Williams and Katherine (Kuhlman) of San Antonio, Texas.; her husband David F. Spicer; and her sister Bonnie Rayborn (Williams). She is survived by: her son John Spicer; her daughter-in-law Dawn Spicer of Frisco; her grandchildren, Andrew J. Hale of Frisco Texas, Katherine N. Spicer and Mary E. Spicer of Plano Texas; her sister Martha George (Williams); and her nephews, Jack, David (Sandra) and Charlie George.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Park (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218).
