It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etaugh Francis of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Orr and Letha Orr; her husband Thomas Francis; her siblings, Emily Ruth Honeycutt and Jerome Talmadge Orr; and her son-in-law Michael Garner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lydia York (Peter) and Cheryl Ann Francis Garner; her grandchildren, Mason Thomas York (Lauren), Nolan Addison York (Megan Brill) and Courtney Garner Ellis; her great grandchildren, Judith Olivia York, Henry Robert York and Claire Dylan Brill-York; her sibling's children, Joanna Hughes, Kimberly Orr, John Honeycutt and Paul Orr; and her cousins, Sue Orr Rainwater and Nancy Orr Glenn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Et the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
