It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Milan Mazak Jr. of Frisco, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Mike Mazak, Sr. and Virginia Mae Mazak (DeFriese). He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, David, Paul, Mike III and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Matthew Van Jaarsveld, Briana Apodaca (Otanez) and Erika Otanez; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Mateo, Elena Apodaca and Maverick Rayne Pringle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hatfield Funeral Home (830 AZ-92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1300 Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635).
