He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmalou Haley and Jack Haley; his brothers, Dr. Jack Haley and Joe Haley (Peggy Haley); his wife Diane Haley; and his son Rocky Haley.
He is survived by: his children, Letitia Barker, Lenis Haley, Robert Haley (Angela) and Audrey Haley; his granddaughters, Michelle Outlaw (Markelle), Lily and Laney Haley; and his great grandchild James Outlaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Chapel (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081).
