She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Miller and Doloris Miller. She is survived by: her brother Bob Miller (Penny); her husband John Moore II; her children, John Moore III (Kate) and Stacey Lewallen; her grandchildren, John Moore IV (Casey), Macy Griffin (Quade), Jeremy Moore, Lexy Hardcastle (Derek) and Aaden Lewallen; and her great grandchildren, Maybree, Stanton Griffin and John Moore V..
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Stephenville Funeral Home (120 W South Loop, Stephenville, TX 76401).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Cynthia's name to the Morgan Mill Community Center —a place where she created many cherished memories and formed lifelong friendships.
