She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe Shaw and Julia Mae Shaw (Burden); her son Jimmy Lynn Simpson; and her brothers, Billy Allen Shaw and James Obert Shaw.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Phillips (Dustin) of Honey Grove, TX and Dustin Simpson of Honey Grove, TX; her granddaughter Victoria Phillips; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Shaw of Honey Grove and Grace Shaw of Honey Grove. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel (803 E Main St, Honey Grove, TX 75446). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McCraws Chapel Cemetery.
