He is survived by: his wife Diane Walters Lewis; his daughters, Melna Lewis Bourland (Peter Bourland) and Victoria Lewis; his stepson Brook Barnes (Jennifer Barnes); and his grandsons, Jackson Lewis, Brogan Barnes and River Barnes.
