She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Taylor and Leta Belle Taylor; her husband Gary Charles Peterson; her children, Darryl Lynn Peterson of Cedar Park, Texas and Kimberly Paige; her son-in-law Gary Paul Nelson of Ludlow, Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Devon Lynn Peterson of Dallas, Alanah Paige Nelson (Emily Dunlop) of Waltham and Makayla Grace Nelson of Ludlow, Massachusetts..
She is survived by: her pets, Tess, Cricket and Izzy; her brothers, Samuel Taylor (Erica) of Manchaca and Clifford Taylor (Clarice) of Thorndale, Texas.; and her friend Glenda Voigt of Austin, Texas..
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Taylor High School (1963, Sandra was well).
