He is survived by: his mother Venancia Treviño Martinez; his wife Sonia Torres; his children, Griselda Sanchez (Noe) of Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Juan Alberto Jr. Martinez (Flor) of Weslaco, Jose Guadalupe Martinez of Sebastian, Venancia Martinez (Hugo) of Mercedes, Aniceto Martinez (Yaneli) of McAllen, Victor Martinez (Estefany) of Harlingen and Yvonne Martinez (Alex) of Harlingen; his stepdaughters, Jasmine Celeste Hernandez of Lyford and Perla Yvette Torres of Lyford; and his brothers, Sergio Martinez of Sebastian, Benito Martinez of Sebastian, Ismael Martinez of Sebastian, Arturo Martinez of Sebastian and Efrain Martinez of Sebastian. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Templo Vida (13089 Farm to Market 506, Lyford, TX 78569). A prayer will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
