He is survived by: his father John Millard Sr.; his close friend Linda Troutman; his wife Linda; his children, Robin Carpenter (Jim), Jennifer Ikard (Trey), Jeanna Rochner and John Paul Rochner (Eleanor); his grandchildren, James, Stephen, Ashley, Allison Carpenter, Windsor Ikard and Millie Rochner; his siblings, Barbara Peveto, Mary Kay Wendel (Clifton) and Paul Rochner (Therese); his siblings-in-law, Charles "Buddy" Troutman (Janet) and Janet Hughey (Bill); and his siblings' children, Heather Pickett, Hillary Wagner (Dan), Holland Hughey, Mallory Peterson (Matt), Natalie Rochner, Jason Troutman (Christi), Trey Hughey, Brandon Rochner (Lindsay), Brett Rochner (Carly) and Von Wendel (Grace). He is also survived by uncle, good friend, and proud "Rocky" to his granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (606 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nazareth Catholic Church (2323 Cheyenne St, Irving, TX 75062).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
