She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen R. Payton; her son Christopher; and her siblings, Robert and Jacqueline. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Gibson; her son-in-law David Gibson; her grandchildren, Connor McLean and Meghan Gibson; and her sister Micheline Caragneto. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
