He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Wankowicz; his parents, Walter Wankowicz and Mary Wankowicz; and his brother Daniel Wankowicz. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Wankowicz; his sons, Ron (Cody) and Tim (Viktoria); his grandchildren, Taylor Thompson (Caleb), Caitlyn Kaskabas (Ian), Ryne, Lyndsey, Nikolas, Nolan, Levi and Hunter; his great grandchild Kodi; his sisters, Elaine Schmidt (Joe) and Christine Weber (Warren); and his sister-in-law Diane Wankowicz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home and Crematory (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Parish (1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76017).
